Hi, based in our business logic we would need few more status for ServiceRequest than the ones provided by fhir because some of the status we had before in HL7 v2 were not mapped into fhir.

IP  In process, unspecified
SC  In process, scheduled

we need an intermediate status between active and completed and also another one between draft an active.

See The Task resource. Those are workflow statuses and tracked in Task and not in the request statuses.
