For GF#15692 I proposed this resolution that uses a PC extension and I want to beef up the defintion @Michelle (Moseman) Miller does this sound reasonable and can it add to your agenda or make a new tracker?

I'll add it to our agenda. If we can review and approve in 5 minutes or less, we will. Otherwise, I will need to defer until after we get through ballot reconciliation. We have a submitter scheduled to attend to discuss his "in person" ballot comments this week.
