the element name DR.diagnosisCode is misleading and does not accurately represent the definition: code for the conclusion and if you look at DR.conclusion it is defined as "Concise and clinically contextualized impression / summary of the diagnostic report."

1 )Change conclusion element name to impression type text ( markdown??)
('results 'would be better but already used as an element name)
2) Changing element name diagnsosisCode to impressionCode to align with the definition.

Also diagnosisCode is a loaded term often implying some type of billing code.
