Topic: Broken link in ServiceRequest resource

There seems to be a broken link in the base ServiceRequest StructureDefinition. Search for valueset-diagnostic-requests.html and ServiceRequest.code within Terminology Bindings appears to be broken. This is subsequently causing broken links for ServiceRequest profiles (The link 'valueset-diagnostic-requests.html' for "here" cannot be resolved)

Will do, thanks. I'm not clear how this table should actually read; [here] and [preferred] seem incorrect. I guess invalid on the base resource isn't necessarily accurate, but this seems to underlie errors in an IG when the IG Publisher adds my cannonical url for a dependent Dental ServiceRequest profile: Error 'The link 'valueset-diagnostic-requests.html' for "here" cannot be resolved' for this build: https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/dental-data-exchange/qa.html
