I have prepared a block vote for the Normative Observation Ballot Items: Many are marked as not related since the Ballot was specific to changes since the May 2018 Ballot. This block vote will occur on the Orders and Observations Thursday Oct 11 Conference Call.

If you want any of these pulled for discussion at the WGM, indicating that sooner rather than later would be helpful. All normative reconciliation must be complete in less than 2 weeks.
