Argo-Q created a Q-timing extension to represent duration allowed for Q or Q.item. I think this extension should be a core extension. A lot of tests have time limits either implicit or explicit. And allows for timing out a form when doing adaptive Q in a 'stateless' model. ( duration based on most recent QA.authored time ).
Brian Postlethwaite (Jul 11 2018 at 21:05):
Is that in the current IG draft?
Brian Postlethwaite (Jul 11 2018 at 21:05):
(Link pls if it is)
Lloyd McKenzie (Jul 11 2018 at 21:27):
Fine with it being submitted as a core extension
Eric Haas (Jul 12 2018 at 01:33):
latest Argo-Q Draft is here just stubbed in Adaptive stuff but timing in extensions.

we talked about when the clock start ticking on timing and thought is was defined by the implementation. Any thoughts? for different use cases would be different triggers - for a timed test the client may decide when it starts, for adaptive Q the server may decide when it send a response?
