If one is using observationLinkPeriod to prepopulate a question for which unitOption is specified, and one gets back an observation with a Quantity, is it the form-renderer's responsibility to convert the unit in the Quantity to one of the units in the unitOption list, or can the server return a Quantity with a requested unit?

If the most recent matches one of the units, great. If not, and you can convert, great. If you can't convert, then you move to the next oldest. If you don't find any that match or you can convert, you don't populate.
