I have notes saying to use initialQuantity for scoring but a) I can't remember why and I have not implemented this way for the adaptive use case. The Service would just enter the score in the QR directly. What is the use case for initialQuantity? @Lloyd McKenzie ?

Initial anything is the value to put in the answer before displaying the form. Even the initialExpression extension wouldn't make sense for a score because a score needs to change as questions are answered
