I was curious why for enablewhen answer values uri was not an option? Is this an intentional omission?

Users filling in a URL as an answer to a question is exceedingly uncommon and the cost of supporting it didn't seem to be worse the benefit - you can always use a valueString and put a regex constraint on it.
