Is context-type search parameter seems too broad without a second context-value search parameter. I am only interested in alcohol or drug abuse related Qs. context-type only gets you to focus. Or is the approach to extend type to be as granular as you want it to be and heirarchical and then the value element becomes useless? This feels a lot like a category element although is not mapped to class in the w5. so .... yeah ... contextType.... what is it good for...

debate whether a composite SP on type and value or one on Type and one on Value or chucking contextType in favor of category 0..* codeable
