J#25960 says, "Will also define a new extension for answerOption called enableWhenExpression". But, it turns out enableWhenExpression already exists for "item". Could we just change the context of the existing enableWhenExpression to also apply to item.answerOption?

It means something slightly different, though perhaps a different name would be best

For item, the expression determines whether the item is present in the Questionnaire. For answerOption, it determines whether the answerOption appears in the item's list. It seems to mean the same thing to me.
