We are about to use the standard extension questionnaireresponse-reason (http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/extension-questionnaireresponse-reason.html) for a use case where we also need this to be a search term.
I assume this is no standard Searchparameter for this and as such, we need to create one ourselves.

@Brian Postlethwaite our use case is not very mainstream so not sure it is one that will be used by the masses - it will work for us though :-)
