The page http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/sdc/StructureDefinition-sdc-questionnaire-launchContext.html says the URI for the launchContext extension is http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/sdc/StructureDefinition/sdc-questionnaire-launchContext. Is that really the current URI? We've been using http://hl7.org/fhir/StructureDefinition/questionnaire-launchContext. I searched for a JIRA issue that changed that but couldn't find it. (I just want to double-check before making an update to our code.)

I think that move happened as part of a more generic Jira. It got moved because SDC is where all the guidance about how launchContext is used appears. It didn't make sense to define extensions in core when all of the guidance around how to use them was in SDC.
