Clem McDonald pointed out that in research studies you do not always want the most recent observation, but the most recent from the period during which study data was collected. He is suggesting that we add something to the observationLinkPeriod mechanism to specify the end date of the range specified by observationLinkPeriod's duration (the end date normally being "today"). I thought I would get some feedback here before possibly creating a tracker item.

This period defined in the questionnaire needs to be relative not absolute.

Sometimes - and needs to be a able to based on the answer to another question. So needs another extension or 4...
