Hi, here's the rough version of our FHIR representation Low Dose CT Cancer screening template. As mentioned it's a bit rough, we still have some cleaning up to do, and it's stil DSTU2 conformant, not STU3. We'd appreciate any feedback or recommendations you could offer. We are working on updating and cleaning it up, but we thought it was more important to share it with you all.

Things we'd like to do with this template:
-Allow for auto-calculations of mean based on length and Width (potentially in the future this might be LxWxH)
-Allow for auto-calculation of the ACR Lung Rads Score based answers selected by the user (a scoring system like BI-RADS that helps dictate patient management)
-Embed terminology codes in answers. We use RadLex codes to identify our questions and answers and LOINC to identify section headings

Just a heads up that I'll be running today's call from the road. We should be past the "flakey internet" part of the drive at that point, but we'll see. We have 3 open tracker items left that would be nice to land before we lock down the content of the SDC IG. I haven't started the call by 6-7 after the hour, then assume that the technology gods are opposed to us meeting and that the call is cancelled.

There will be no SDC call today. There will be call next week to do final approval of the IG before publication.

(or at least I don't manage to do it, i get an Error in snapshot generation: Differential for http://hl7.org/fhir/us/sdc/StructureDefinition/sdc-dataelement with id: StructureDefinition.differential.element.binding.valueSetCanonical has an element that is not marked with a snapshot match

Reminder of the SDC call in 30 minutes. I'll be giving an overview of the spec and we'll be voting to decide on whether to go to ballot as STU or "for comment" (or not at all?)
