Topic: SDC Population support on Public Server

I'm wondering if anyone knows of a publicly available FHIR server that supports SDC population? I went through a good portion of the servers on https://wiki.hl7.org/Publicly_Available_FHIR_Servers_for_testing but didn't see any that were supporting this operation (or their capability statement doesn't say they do).

There is one in that list that extends Aidbox with SDC support. I was hoping for support natively on a public FHIR server. This may work though for my use-case.
