Topic: SDC Form Manager missing links

The links to $populate, $expand, etc. are broken in the [build.fhir.org SDC Form Manager Capability Statement Resource Summary] (http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/sdc/CapabilityStatement-sdc-form-manager.html#resource-summary). Where would I find the correct links? Should I be using another version of the IG?

The IG is correct. There's a problem with redirects in the core spec. I flagged the issue here. Also, some of the SDC-specific links won't resolve until the next release of SDC is officially published (hopefully in the next 3 weeks or so).
