In SDC IG current build there is the StructureMap-based extraction described, but I can't find a definition for the mentioned questionnaire-targetStructureMap, it is also mentioned as not found in the extractable questionnaire profile, should I rise a gforge ticket for that or am I missing something?
I have a similar problem with finding the operation defintion for the populate Operation Definition on the SDC Form Manager.

We yanked a bunch of things from the "core" spec but I haven't yet got them all added to the SDC spec yet (though I've started). Should be done by the end of this week or early next week.
