Example of what, I mean what was the initial purpose to bundle these questionnaires, and what is expected as the response?

It's a bunch of questionnaires that came from the same source. There wouldn't be a 'response'. It's just a collection that happened to be posted together. In practice, we should probably split them apart. Would you be willing to submit a change request?
