I'm looking for a way to reference an EpisodeOfCare from within a QuestionnaireResponse. I see that there is a subject that can reference Any resource, however subject does not seem to be the best option.
From within this particular source system, a QuestionnaireResponse can be associated with 0 to many EpisodeOfCare, and these QuestionnaireResponses are not directly linked to any Encounters. The Encounters have a reference to the EpisodeOfCare.
Wondering what my best option for this would be?

There's a workflow extension that allows most resources to point to an episode of care
