Just wondering why Questionnaire no longer has an "Operations" tab in the R4 and CI spec pages? You need to know to go digging in SDC to find the good stuff, and this is non-obvious to newcomers.

There's a pointer to SDC in the core spec. The feeling was that the operations on their own wasn't useful - you needed the documentation provided in the SDC IG, so the operations might as well live there too.

That still requires people to know or be aware enough to look for additional material and then search it. Including an Operations tab with the pointer to the operations part of the SDC IG would be a great usability enhancement.
