True. We have no naming guidelines for computable names. Probably a methodology issue?

Reality is we can't require computable names to be globally unique - they only need to be unique within an IG - and I'm not sure we even enforce that.

No. By 'done' I mean I put SDC in front of the all 'name' elements for all canonical resources except extensions. This particular one will be SDCQuestionnaireResponse.

The name values on the extensions I used in my code generated typescript helper library.
