It's an IG that sits on top of SDC and further constrains/extends it. @Nagesh Bashyam can comment further on whether it's in production and its trajectory

Lloyd is right , it uses SDC Framework extensively. There has been more interest on the IG in the last few months and there are on going AHRQ funded pilots. Not sure about production. I intend to support the IG through my work and will be making updates after the Connecatathon based on pending comments and tickets.
