I'd like to ask, how linking to Patients and to a Questionnaire is done in a QuestionnaireResponse (ev. further linking to other Resource ) ? Thank you for any tipps. kind regards, peter

The patient would go in QuestionnaireResponse.subject, and the Questionnaire in QuestionnaireResponse.questionnaire. (https://www.hl7.org/fhir/questionnaireresponse.html)
