Topic: Is this correct in FHIRPath Spec?

I know nothing about FHIRPath but it looks like I am going to be forced to learn what it means. So I look at the spec and see this for the date time
DD - A full two digit day value (00..31), padded with leading zeroes if necessary
Is it really 00..31 or 01..31. If it is 00 how does one interpret the zero value?

Pretty sure that's a typo. Should be "01..31". Can you submit a change request?
