When extracting Observations from a QR I am using derivedFrom to link back to the original QR, but I would also like to include the original question number/id. Is there a currently accepted way of doing this, or do we need to add something like extension "http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/sdc/StructureDefinition/derivedFromLinkId" with a value of string to the LinkId?

Click on the "propose a change" link at the bottom of any page in the spec. There's a 1-time registration process where we'll verify that you look like a human, after which you can propose changes to your heart's content :)
