If someone sends a Questionnaire to a program, is there a way for that program to know which version of FHIR the Questionnaire was written in?
Some of our demo apps for our LHC-Forms renderer allow a Questionnaire to uploaded from a file. I suppose we could inspect the structure of the Questoinnaire for clues about which version of FHIR it was using, but it would be nice not to have to guess.
