I guess I am not familiar with the process of block votes, but I would have expected a block vote on questionnaire items to be voted on during the Thursday Questionnaire calls rather than a "FHIR-I" call. I am not objecting, but just confused.

We could do it on our Thursday calls instead, though if we do that, it should actually be next Thursday's call to allow a minimum of 1 week of review time.

for GF#19452 I think the proposed dispo does not address the question of short labels for profile elements

e.g.

ElementDefinition.label already meets this need not item.label as stated in the dispo.
