Is there any mechanism for auto-generating labels and prefixes (question numbers and answer option labels)? If you have a long form, and insert a new question or move a question, manually updating the question numbers could be a pain.
It not clear to me whether auto-numbering should be a part of the questionnaire definition, or whether it should be handled by questionnaire editing tools.

If labels are not specified in the Questionnaire, then I'd expect the render to add them automatically - though the mechanism it uses is not defined. An editing tool certainly could handle automatic labeling, though there could be challenges where help text or other content refers to specific labels.
