We have a questionnaire where there are sections that contains groups of questions. Could we use the adaptive flow to return the next set of questions (groups) when a group is answered by a person?
When users answers a group we would show the next group of question based on their previous answers.

With adaptive forms, the service can choose to return groups around the questions being asked. Whether 'group' is necessary depends on how you want the content to be displayed. You don't need to return a group in order to provide multiple answers at once.
