Encounter.hospitalization.origin should allow target resource type "Organization"
"The location from which the patient came before admission." ...may be known only by the name/identifier of the originating Organization (e.g. hospital, care home...) so it should be alternatively possible to point at the originating Organization instead of just the Location.

I dont think it s meant to reference an actual organization. It s administrative field for reporting. As you can see from the vocab: http://build.fhir.org/valueset-encounter-admit-source.html

I'd think that in most situations you know the Patient came from Hospital X / Care Home Y / Rehab Center Z. You may even have their identifier, because it's part of the paperwork. But you may not have the full address. Or even if you do, your system may not maintain them as separate Locations (because: why?) but simply as an Organization with an address.

we have both origin and admit source in Hospitalization. Origin refers to a location and admit source is that code needed for reporting. Sry I got those mixed up. I m ok with making this a choice between referencing location or organization for origin.
