Comment: Under R2 conversion tab it says while converting from R2 to R3 type should be mapped to serviceType, while as per code I think it should be mapped to speciality. Need confirmation is this is correct.

What do we do with this one, as the mapping from STU3 to DSTU2 is not a part of the R4 ballot. And we're not updating the STU3 spec.
So where does that leave us?

I think PA has to vote this one as "Not Related" as it's not a part of the R4 spec.

That being said, I believe that the mapping logic is correct as defined for 2 => 3.
The logic joining specialty and type was removed, which is what is defined in the mapping.
The 3 => 2 conversion is not really reversible, so the specialties are just added to the first type.
