GF#14803 - Instead of adding patient in participant list, it should be added as additional field in appointment.
Keith / Divya - why does participant not work for you? The way it is structured now, Appointment supports multiple patient participants for group style appointments.
I'm thinking this would be non-persuasive via block vote.
