Keith / Divya - can you elaborate on what you want here? What type of connection do you propose?

there IS a connection, right? The category is the high level grouping of services and the types are defined within a category. They are both defined within a healthcare service and a schedule. You re not supposed to say Category is Dental services and the type is open heart surgery, so I do agree there s a connection.

This is a logical association, there is nothing in the actual resource at present that links them.
But this could be done with the terminology system (though isn't described here)
