Mandatory (1..*) Codeable Concept with an example binding - surely that can't be right @Brian Postlethwaite ? A proposed NZ implementation uses an additional Code System with a concept that represents a general type for v2 messages (@David Hay ) - that might be a useful addition to http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/endpoint-payload-type ?

Yes that's correct, needs to be defined, but could be anything.

Looking at the example bindings, I'd be inclined to complete only the text element of the Codeable Concept until there is a Code System that goes beyond IHE types, C-CDA, 'any' or 'none'. Assuming that we are aiming for interoperable entries here?

Would be good to have 'v2 message' as an option. Not sure if we need any more detail than that... Any thoughts on connection type? Generally healthlink for us of course (or should that be clanWillian) - though we can't/shouldn't put a vendor code in there of course...

Not sure if this is meant to cover private, 'hub & spoke', messaging services (there are at least 3 in operation in NZ).
