A few elements in R4
like http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/healthcareservice-definitions.html#HealthcareService.eligibility.code and http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/healthcareservice-definitions.html#HealthcareService.characteristic

also in the current build
like http://build.fhir.org/healthcareservice-definitions.html#HealthcareService.eligibility.code and http://build.fhir.org/healthcareservice-definitions.html#HealthcareService.characteristic

has Binding linked to http://hl7.org/fhir/R4/terminologies.html#unbound or http://build.fhir.org/terminologies.html#unbound

When a profile is derived using these resources (http://build.fhir.org/ig/hl7au/au-fhir-base/StructureDefinition-au-healthcareservice.html) the rendering has this text --- Binding: (unbound) (example)

The following is a snapshot image of the rendering:

An earlier topic related to this was created by @Rob Eastwood --- https://chat.fhir.org/#narrow/stream/179252-IG-creation/topic/R4.20IG.20diff.20has.20.22unbound.22.20with.20valueset.20strength.20constraint

Is there a fix or resolution for this rendering issue?

In your derived profile you would typically be binding one (or more) valuesets to these that are specific to your usage/jurisdiction
