@Grahame Grieve I still don't see the unknown code in the http://build.fhir.org/v3/MaritalStatus/cs.html. Is that a change that is still outstanding?

the issue with Marital status is the code system should be removed as it is no longer used. The issue with unknown is in a different binding - Patient.contact.role

Patient.contact.relationship was about "other"/extensible. Our Marital Status valueset does currently pull in UNK. But if we just fall back to v3 then we lose that.
