When an IG is published what canonical will resolves?
I assume the usual suspects:
- CapState
- ImpGuide
- ValueSet
- CodeSystem
...
What about other resources like:
- Measures
- MessageDef
- GraphDef
- Questionnaires
Is the IG publication considered then the "registry" or should the authors submit them to some official registry as a separate step ?
