We are getting warnings about two codes being invalid in the v3-RoleCode

The code DOWNGRADER is not valid in the system http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/v3-RoleCode
The code UPGRADER is not valid in the system http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/v3-RoleCode

but when going to http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/v3-RoleCode both of these codes exist.
Is the IG publisher looking at a different version?

Check your spelling. Neither has an "A"
