just noticed in our freshly publisehd IG that the canonical URIs of the Profiles aren't resolving.
e.g.: http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/genomics-reporting/StructureDefinition/genotype
i think it is a server problem as other uv IGs aren't resolving as well.:
http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/sdc/StructureDefinition/sdc-questionnaire-adapt

@Grahame Grieve Will the IGPublisher eventually create the appropriate redirects for this? I think this was "on your list", but I'm not positive.

I thought this was sorted now. I will have to pow-wow with DJ to investigate what is going on - the server is up in the air right now

fyi, this error wasn't fixed by the hl7 server upgrade
