What would be the say to use artefacts from another IG, if that IG is not yet published at the url it will be?

When doing a profile on medication, I want to use a set of example patients. But the patient profile is elsewhere, and not in its final url

as long as it's correctly identified for where it's going to be and published in a package that's a listed dependency, then that will work

but the patient profile says the url is
