The urls in the guide am developing are are external links referencing the published guide. for example:
http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/ValueSet/birthsex is not reference the dev IG but rather teh value set in US Core 2.0.0. do I resolve this or will it go away when published?

not sure. are these manual links in markdown or generated links? Which url is it now, and which do you want it to be - and what's your dependency set up now?

actually the links resolve locally to US-Core 2.0.0 but give a 404 not when published by autobuild. which i s maybe how it is supposed to work.

Anyway I worked on these summary files yesterday using Jinja2 template maybe could translate to liquid. I think they turned out pretty nice.
