Is there a way to tell autobuild to not run sushi if there is a fsh folder present. I currently rename the directory before loading and then rename back

Why would you not want to run Sushi if you're using FSH input? All HL7 FSH IGs should publish the same way...

well... I like to separate the process for a variety of reason. For example I may need to update the implementation guide resource after sushi generates it. I currently rename the folder before pushing

It would take some dev on Grahame’s part, but it could be an option in the fsh.ini. Or we could even overload the existing ‘sushi-version’ property in fsh.ini to allow off or none.

That said, if there are features we can add that will satisfy your workflow so you don’t need to turn it off at all, then that would be worth discussing!

Sushi should allow you to ensure that the IG contains whatever it is that you need. Alternatively, you could hand-maintain the IG and have it auto-grab the resources. In either case, there shouldn't be any need for manual intervention between source of truth and generated content.
