Recently CodeSystem was added to the system URL used in Coding.system elements. Then (or at the same time) 'terminology.hl7.org' was added for certain CodeSystems, like V2 and V3. If my IG has its own code system defined, where I originally defined is as
http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/phd/CodeSystem/ASN1ToHL7
DO I need to add the 'terminology/hl7.org' to this URL as well?

the code systems with a URL of terminology.hl7.org are all the ones that will be managed through the forthcoming Unified Terminology Govenance (UTG) process. How will your code system be managed?

That I am not sure of. Up until now I have just made them part of the IG with a system url like
http://hl7.org/fhir/uv/phd/CodeSystem/ASN1ToHL7
