I downloaded sample-ig and tried building it. I'm getting these exceptions during Translating CQL source:
javax.xml.bind.JAXBException
- with linked exception:
[java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: org.eclipse.persistence.jaxb.JAXBContextFactory]
I'm using the most recent version of the IG Publisher (v1.0.86-SNAPSHOT).
I'm not using eclipse.

I'm releasing 1.0.87 right now which may contain a fix for this. try again once it is released
