Is there a way to render a diff that combines the diff of both the Base resource and the derived resource?

Yes I have done this by created 2 separate profiles profiles and inserting the intermediate diff into the template. its not for the faint of heart.

That sounds beyond my current skill set. Would also be nice if a 'click' on an item would bring up the 'dict' entry as well (like it does in the official FHIR pages).
