Topic: realms in IG definition and package id are different

I have an IG whose realm I intend to be British Columbia - ca-bc. I have my package id as fhir.ca-bc.provider but that generates the topic error:
Error: realms in IG definition and package id are different: ca-bc vs n/a
I have the jurisdiction set to CA because CA-BC generates a whole swack of errors. What should I be putting where to get rid of this error?
