The IG Creator produces different json StructureDefinitions in the package/ what is shown on the IG html pages.

Example: http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/genomics-reporting/branches/kpower_SomaticImplication/haplotype.profile.json.html contains the correct Resource.text

the same resource contained here: http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/genomics-reporting/branches/kpower_SomaticImplication/definitions.json.zip includes several {{[id]}}-definitions.html#Observationdefinitions instead of the correct: haplotype-definitions.html#Observation
Looks like the packed resources are not handled by jeckyll

I believe that this is fixed in a more recent version of the IG publisehr

no. it was supposed to be fixed in .75.
