this is not a Lloyd or Eric issue , narrative generation is done by the ig-publisher. In the interim you could generate your own or edit the generated one and use that.

Thanks for looking into this @Grahame Grieve , we are seeing this in the DEQM IG, e.g., http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-deqm/Bundle-multiple-indv-mrp-obs-report.html. Here is our repo: https://github.com/HL7/davinci-deqm.git, source json file for that example is under input/examples has this issue. Copy @Rob Reynolds and see if he has identified any patterns when this issue.
