I get the following error in this IG: http://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/davinci-alerts/branches/master/index.html
error The link 'http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/ImplementationGuide/hl7.fhir.us.core-3.0.0' for "http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/ImplementationGuide/hl7.fhir.us.core-3.0.0" cannot be resolved
however the link: http://hl7.org/fhir/us/core/ImplementationGuide/hl7.fhir.us.core-3.0.0
seems like a good link to me?

oh. a canonical link.... the IG publisher doesn't know about those, but it's probably how they should be done
